Super friendly staff. And was surprised to walk in to a birthday surprise from the hotel which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Spacious room and great location in CBD. If you use their parking bear in mind that is very tight, so if you have a large car just be mindful.

This is a well kept hotel and our room was perfect! The views were beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I requested an extra comforter for the room. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. We totally enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Oakes Hotel!

The hotel is really good, the room is comfortable and has a very good space. The hotel is located in an area close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a walk distance to waterfront, museum and cable car.
