10 / 10Wyjątkowy·maj 2026
I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.

I Think it is time to simply replace the bed linen set. Other than that, the hotel is well managed and cleaned. I will definitely stay there again.

We were charged daily for parking even though we did not have a car and had to go to counter twice to have charges removed. Food at cafe was pricey

Excellent, the hotel was wonderful. Paula at the front desk was very helpful and friendly the room was clean and visually appealing. The water was hot the air was cold it was perfect the restaurant downstairs offered great options. I had the margarita pizza which was delicious. Im from Baltimore, this hotel was definitely worth the 3 hour drive I will be back!
