Overall, the hotel was nice. A continental breakfast is provided from 6 to 10 AM. Check out is at 12 PM which is great and the hotel looks modern and fresh. However, the shower stall in my room had old soap scum stains, which was really shocking & disgusting. It was late at night, otherwise I would’ve requested a new room. Thankfully, I had my own Lysol. I did tell the staff and they didn’t seem too concerned. I asked where can I submit a complaint the last at the front desk said “Well, you’re not a member, so you can tell Expedia.” I told I want to follow up with Holiday Inn and she gave me the rewards number and she repeated that I’m not a member, but maybe someone can help me. I plan to submit a formal complaint to prevent this from happening again.
