Iberostar Waves Cozumel - All Inclusive

Great place to stay! Would highly recommend!

This is a great relaxing resort. The service was excellent. We only ate at the buffet and it was good...not great but there are a lot of different choices. Our room was a premium(basic). It was clean with plenty of room for two people. The layout of the resort adds to the laid back atmosphere. The beach was nice but understand it is on a reef. Water shoes definitely help. It was also an easy walk to the pier to get in the water from the steps. Skip the lunch buffet and get hand made tacos you won't be sorry. The entertainment staff puts a lot of effort into the nightly shows. The two rock and roll shows definitely stood out for us.

Great staff, nice restaurants, wonderful pools. And a . . . scuba shop! If you dive its terrific. Clear water, good instructors, dock, three dive boats! So, I liked the diving and the pools, but the rest of the group were side stepping beach creatures and they liked it just find. Intro to diving is available. Open bar for the drinkers. We had no complaints. If you have someone in your group that is afraid of animals, a natural type resort may not be their thing. A few friendly cat's roam the property a couple of peacocks, and several Coati (it's a relative of the raccoon).
