Grand Park Royal Cozumel - All Inclusive

Excellent stay, staff were fantastic, beach wonderful, such a nice relaxing holiday!

We had the best time there, the staff was amazing , helped us from the time we got there from the time we left. The food was pretty good from the buffet and even better at the à la cart restaurants. Thumbs up for Antonio (concierge)!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our original room did not work properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. We reported the issue, but it took two days before we were moved to a different room. Once we were transferred, the new room was much better, and we appreciated that the staff eventually resolved the problem. However, the delay significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the hotel can respond more quickly to maintenance issues in the future.

I have been traveling and been in many places hotels I have to say these place is amazing 10/10 everything is amazing the staff are so friendly and welcoming is a place I would recommend 100% the ocean is so calm to enjoy with the kids since theres no big waves also you get to see every day the big cruise ships and amazing sunset also the food is great thanks Park Royal
