San Clemente Palace, Venice

Every thing wad amazing. Through out exelan

This is an extraordinary resort. It’s like staying in a luxury palace in its own private island. The grounds are beautiful and jasmine smell was everywhere. The pool is perfect temperature and very large. There are scenic places all around to relax in. The staff were cheerful, very helpful with advice on what to see and how, as well as with reservations. Breakfasts were tasty with a broad selection. Boat service to Venice was fun and runs every half hour. We loved it and stay there again.

The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair.

Absolutely outstanding on every parameter - super friendly and attentive staff, fantastic rooms, pool, grounds etc. And all this 15 mins by complementary boat shuttle from San Marco. We’d come back in a heartbeat <3
