The location was nice and central to access everything in Venice. The room was very compact but comfortable and very clean.
The stairs to access our room on the third floor was a challenge and the sloped ceiling took away from our useable space.

The location was very good and the check in was easy.
Room was very small and you could not get around the bed if the door on the bathroom was open! There was very limited space for clothing. (3 day stay was max and 1 week would not work) There was no refrigerator in the room or available to use and there was no ice available at all. Also in reception area there were no additional coffee pods!

Online communication with staff I found were very helpful with questions I needed to ask before our arrival.
We were aware of no lift available, however we were on 3rd floor and OMG steps were a nightmare to navigate handling our luggage up the steep stairwell with final flight of twisted stairwell being the worst they were so narrow!! Once reached our room we were very disappointed as very little head room as roof is slanted down with beams and was such a hazard hitting your head even when getting out of bed, I hit my head several times and I am not impressed as this is so dangerous really someone could be knocked unconscious!!
