Friendly and very helpful owner, comfortable and clean room, very close to major sites and shopping. No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). No food on site, but great restaurants very near by and lots of free snacks in the room!

Full of italian charm and well appointed. Staff was very kind, helpful with directions and knowledgeable.
Instant very detail directions on how to take the water taxi from the Airport to Venice and specific directions on How to get to the hotel
Which was very much appreciated.
Great location within quick walking distance to restaurants and piazzas, shopping.
