Quality Inn & Suites Grande Prairie

Breakfast is gross. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is hands down the most rude person I ever dealt with in my life. The room was clean though, but only came once in a three night day to see if we need anything there’s me and my wife and two kids staying there. I had to go asking for toiletries at the front desk.

Room was great. Everything but the bathroom. Sink / toilet&shower were separate. Shower/toilet room was a bit small to maneuver. Shower water spray/pressure was less than ideal. Breakfast was “ok”. Fairly minor weaknesses. Otherwise a good stay.

Friendly helpful staff and clean room.

I can use my debit/credit card. I have already paid my room online. They tried to get me to cancel my reservation with Expeditiona and I had no refund. It was 11:30 p.m. when I arrived and the officer didn't want to know anything. I'm a golden member with the channel. I use it very often and I can manage to get better. This was my second stay at this establishment. My departure was no better to be reimbursed and the staff not friendly.
