Great hotel, I stayed before a couple of years ago and since then they have introduced a vegan (and allergy friendly) cookie which is good to see. There’s slightly less selection for vegan & gluten free diets at breakfast compared to two years ago, but still very good. The staff, especially the lady who worked on the breakfast hosting, were all so friendly and helpful.
The aircon worked great and was a lovely relief from the heatwave.
The lifts are very small, worked fine but if you’re a wheelchair user it could be an issue if you don’t have a basic manual chair.
Bed was comfy and I slept well. If I needed to I would happily stay again.
