Property was comfy, clean and staff accommodating. I appreciated that breakfast was included and it had a good variety to choose from.

The hotel overall was very presentable. The room was clean and tidy with all facilities we required.
We met family from London in the evening for a meal at the restaurant. The food was quite disappointing and some members did not finish their food. It was ok, but not to a good standard.
For a 1-night stop it was fine, and the room was well insulated for noise being so near to London City airport.
Breakfast was very good and presented well.
