This room had everything we needed for a weekend stay while we attended a wedding near East India DLR stop. Was really good to have our own bathroom and a comfy bed in a quiet location. I booked at the last minute and this was fantastic value for money.
The front door is quite hard to close, and you need to lock it behind you each time you close/open it - it might be good to have a sign up to remind people so it doesn't get left unlocked

40/50min walk to excel - easy to get to and back from. Clean and basic. Very comfortable bed. Minimal fuss checking in and out.
Late night road works on first night of stay - obviously through no fault of the accommodation.

Efficient check in process, cheap. Was available last minute. I'd stay again if push came to shove. Bed was comfy.
Weird converted house setup. The bedding definitely hadn't been changed since the previous occupant - there were hairs on the pillow and in the bed. I was only sleeping there for a few hours so wasn't overly fussed but some people would have been put off.
