The James Place Inn B&B

Fabulous hosts, beautiful property, excellent breakfast, walking distance to the main street of Freeport but still quiet. Highly recommend!

Owners very friendly. Offered suggestions for dining. Breakfast meals were delicious and portions plentiful. Only one block from city’s main street. Don’t miss this charming B&B!

Wish we could have stayed longer. It has the ambiance of an older inn but the rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Sean and Charlie, the owners, do an amazing job. The James Place Inn is cozy and quaint. Located just a 5 minute walk from the outlets and shopping, it was the perfect place for us. We spent the day locally and exploring, and could also get to the lakes and the coast for a scenic drive and walking trails. The room was meticulously clean with welcome candy and water in the room. We utilized the outdoor fire pit every night we were there. That was my favorite as we bypassed our camping trip this year. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I think it was her favorite part of waking up,…not sure what Sean was going to make, but knew ot was going be perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We can’t wait to come back and see where you two take this place. Great stay all around. Keep up the amazing work. It’s gonna pay off. Chris and Jen
