Hilton Garden Inn Memphis/Southaven, MS

The breakfast could use a little help. Two days I tried to eat what was the bar as far as the meats, it was burnt and overcooked, biscuits were hard and lying on an open counter under a light with no covering. The fruit and other items were very good.

The staff was very friendly. Under renovation, so it was being updated.

Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful.

We had an amazing time with our three kids under four. We had to extend our stay and the manager, Cesar, had my things taken to the new room so I wouldnt have to tote them and the baby there on my own. So pleased and thankful for good, kind people.
