Location was great, close to everything but not in the center of the touristy area. Hotel was quiet but so many local restaurants and coffee shops. It really feels like part of a neighborhood. It is at the top of a steep hill but so much of Cihangir is. Sometimes it was easier to metro to the Taskim Square and walk down. It was quite easy to get public transportation after only a short walk. Close to the lightrail, buses, and ferries.
Staff was so lovely and accommodating. Free daily breakfast was excellent with a range of options. Hair dryer in the room was terrible, but they loaned me a spare nice one from the front desk. Room was huge and very clean with multiple Juliet balconies. Shower had tons of water pressure and was excellent. Rooms were a bit dated but still quite cleanly. The roofdeck was lovely for sunsets and nighttime views of the Bosphorus. Staff helped us reserve a taxi to the airport very early on our last day.
We would absolutely stay here again. It was truly relaxing and restorative.

Lovely room, very friendly staff & easy to reach the city centre. It’s a small but very nice hotel.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room is great, big bathroom with all the amenities of good quality you need. Breakfast is fresh, a lot to choose from and freshly squeezed orange juice. Don’t really know why this is only 3 star rating, definitely more like a very solid 4 tending to 5. Would not hesitate to book this hotel !!
