Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Southland-Matteson

The staff was amazing, I have 2 small children with special needs and I couldn't ask for a better accommodating staff . Every employee was extremely kind from front desk to housekeeping! I highly recommend this establishment! Thank you

The hotel was clean the employees was friendly but the front desk didn’t know that the rooms are cleaned every other day and the morning I was going to check out I had to ask for clean towels but everything else was too

My husband, myself and our 10 month old stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave so we could store our drinks and heat our food. The continental breakfast was decent. The usual cereal, waffles, toast, fruit, coffee juice etc. I would have liked some bacon on the menu or little sausages. Maybe they change up the menu weekly not sure. But thats what was available when we were there. We would stay there again, however the price could have been more reasonable per night. It was pretty expensive in CDN dollars.
