Location, breakfast, friendly staff
Pool wasn’t open. Profile said there would be snacks in lobby 24/7 and there wasn’t.

Breakfast is excellent as well as the hours available. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I typically do not leave reviews regarding the comfort of beds because comfort varies per individual. The beds are extra firm, but that may be other's preference. On my first night, I switched from one bed to the other, hoping that it was more comfortable, and thankfully, it was. I was able to sleep restfully for the next 3 nights. Perhaps the hotel should consider adding mattress toppers.
