Hennessy Park Hotel

Staff was great and the food as well

Urban setting. Impressive art collection. ATM off premises.

I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts of Mauritius). The location is great if you need to be central. We were staying in the North earlier on, but found out that we spent too much time in traffic as we needed to sight-see in the West. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas to add to the holiday cheer! The hotel is also close to Tribeca shopping mall which has heaps of eateries. My family and I have enjoyed our stay at Hennessy Park Hotel and would definitely stay there again. ☺️

The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing and helpful .Arrived early but Our room wasn’t ready.they let us use the shower in the spa so we could freshen up and get some touring in.
