The reception team were welcoming and most helpful, allocating an available room on our early arrival and taking our luggage to the room which was compact but spotlessly clean and comfortable This was much appreciated as it gave us time to relax before heading out to the theatre.Added little extra of the ‘pantry’ on our floor with hot drinks ,pastries and biscuits as well as the coffee maker in the room .Had the most amazing view of St Pancras but were able to close all the noise out .Offered the use of the beautifully comfortable lounge to relax in whilst waiting for our departure on Eurostar again with helpful friendly staff -then approx 100 yard walk to the terminal
Couldn’t be more perfect !
