Hotel was a lovely example of the history and architecture in old Quebec. Our room was spacious and bright. Hotel Manager was very helpful. Beware though, that there are no elevators and carrying suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs can be a challenge.

The location in old town Quebec was great. We had issues with lack of front desk availability including from our initial check in when we arrived to find the front door locked requiring a code that had not been provided to us.
Room itself was small but comfortable and clean.

The location was great, easy to walk through the upper and lower old town. We had the balcony room and it was as great as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for meals and parking.
