I had to leave early for a personal issue and they refunded me for the unused day when they didn’t have to. Very kind of them.

This is our favorite place to stay in Bend- we keep coming back year after year! The staff is so helpful and friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and clean, the breakfasts are delicious- and the location can't be beat! We can enjoy early morning walks by the Deschutes and evenings sitting by the fire pit listening to Live Music at the concert venue next door. All around it was another great stay!
