When we checked in, the person at the front desk was courteous and excited to provide information about the hotel, the amenities, and just about everything else. They made the check-in process easy, and they made it clear that they were available to help - should we need it.
When we come back to Bend, there is no doubt about where we are going.
And, there is no doubt that we will use the pool area and eat breakfast. Because everything looked great.

It was a very nice stay overall. Some of the friendliest staff I have bee encountered at a hotel and we have traveled a lot.
