Suites Costa Cancun

The room was so spacious and the staff were so friendly and nice. The manager was so helpful. Room was very clean. I would definitely go back. Thank Jonathan so such a enjoyable stay at your hotel,

Positives: When I walked into the room, I was quite impressed, especially for the great price I was paying! The room was very nice and spacious, the AC blew cold air, nice large flat screen TV that I was able to watch Netflix on ! It was a super quiet room with NO noise at all ! Internet was fast and with no problems.The staff was pleasant, although hardly anyone spoke English ! 😢 Negatives: From Day 1, no hot water and shower would not drain on first day. Front desk staff tried to unplug it but couldn’t. Maintenance came second day and didn’t fix it either. (I gave up on taking a shower by the third day. I wasn’t happy about THAT !) Toilet continually would not flush and there was no plunger in the room. Towels didn’t look clean so I bought some to use. I wrote to management about all the above but they never responded. It was a shame to have those problems because I really wanted to stay there again!
