Very friendly, approachable staff, comfortable room , centrally located hotel close to transport. Bathroom facilities good with hairdryer but cramped. Excellent food, wide choice of dishes, sumptuous breakfasts and excellent chefs
No safe to lock up valuables
On the whole a very pleasant experience

We needed a clean and reasonable hotel with basic amenities near Egmore station and this was perfect. We missed the chance to have breakfast here because of our early train but would certainly use again and recommend.
