First class service. Beautiful spa area with steam and sauna!

We stayed here as we wanted to see the monastery, the hotel was good, clean and helpful staff. Our problem was we stayed on a Monday, there were very few restaurants open in the evening near by - except one opposite which we used but was on the expensive side. The Monastery was shut on Mondays too so very little else to do, so we used the spa facilities which were good and we had to ourselves !

Amazing hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was gorgeous with lots of character and history. Rooms were large and clean. Best of all, it’s pet friendly. We traveled with our dog Oliver who was greeted warmly. He graciously received a dog bed, food bowls, and mat. We can’t wait to return.
