Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

Staff was very very friendly and helpful at all times, definitely a huge plus. Although humidity level in rooms were really high, which causes slight smell in some rooms. Breakfast had many options. Pool had a nice view, first time I swam in the middle of skyscrapers, was a nice experience. Overall, hotel was nice, but the most important aspect was, it was in an extremely central location, you have access to everything, from local shops to malls, anything you need is near you.

We stay at the Novotel Sukhumvit 20 regularly the service and standards are impeccable

The staff were very kind and attentive. They even helped my husband get hot water for his ramen at 2:00am when we couldn’t sleep because of jet lag! Highly recommend!

Staff was great. Property was very clean. Outdoor swimming pool on the 9th floor was awesome! Overall, excellent hotel to stay at.
