BIg room, high ceilings, comfy bed, fresh fruit for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the Ocean room, which was spacious and had a large bathroom and a little, well appointed, kitchenette. It was very comfortable and clean. Everyone we met was lovely. They are dog friendly and that worked well for us! Breakfast was not lavish or hot, but adequate- yogurt, pastries , fruit and coffee.
My one quibble- the Inn is in a residential area about a 20-25 minute walk from any restaurants or shopping. So you had to drive, uber or plan to walk for 45 min (rt) if going to dinner or shopping. Not a deal breaker for us, but would’ve been nice to have been closer to exploring “downtown”.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The inn is clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in
Newport recently at the Admiral Sims House. We loved our room and the location was perfect-walking distance to the cliff walk, shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. Marie responded quickly to our questions. I hope we get a chance to stay at the Admiral Sims House again !
