We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated.

Nothing beats the location of this property! It was easy to walk to a lot of places I wanted to visit and also to the public transportation (bus 67 happened to be free while I was visiting and made it easy to get to the mansions and different entrances of the Cliffwalk). I didn’t have a vehicle so I can’t comment on parking. Check-in was easy with information available when I walked in. My suite was so clean and had everything I needed including a blow dryer. The filtered water and snacks were a plus. Staying here really made my solo trip extra special and the look and feel of this property was exactly what I was looking for.
