Maintenance for the facility need to be updated. The fence outside the family room on the third floor need to be update and rebuilt safety and stronger.

Pros: Very friendly staff, the breakfast and room service was quite tasty, and the shuttle to and from downtown Ubud is very convenient.
Cons: Towels were stained, the padding on the beach chairs were also stained, no English TV channels and the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved (specifically the shower).
The friendly staff made the difference but the cleanliness definately needs some work.
