Staff is very friendly and helpfull.
The room is quite and the air condition works proparely. The hotel is located very central.
Some details could be improved:
- Beds are old and not comfortable
- bath curtains are old and should be replaced
Nevertheless you shouldnt expect 5 star hotel comfort, so in sum its ok.

Excellent location and staff. Great breakfast. Perfect location to see the main tourist attractions.

The hotel is on a great location. Near everything, but tucked away in a square off the main drag. There is an excellent Georgian restaurant nearby where you can sit outside in good weather. The room was cozy and clean with a roomy shower and there was air conditioning. The best thing, however, was the the staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is a saying in Georgia that "Guests are a gift from God" and the staff here acted like they believed it. I will stay here again when I return to Georgia
