Front desk staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and the property was located close to, but not in the center of town, making it extremely convenient

First the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, they got us checked in, and then gave us a rundown of a few things to see in Brugge, where to eat and what to avoid.
The room was clean, huge in size, and quiet. Only downside was the mattress was a little bit hard. The front desk team were very amenable to our requests too.
