The property itself is pretty good. I just didn't like the fact that i can't control the temperature in my room. The front desk sent an engineer to adjust the a/c unit, but that didn"t help. My room was warm, the lobby was warm and the restaurant was warm, i found it really uncomfortable sweating in the common areas. For a large hotel, i really found this unacceptable that they would not bump up the a/c, hence the lower score. The staff itself were really friendly and courteous.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the bed - the springs no longer fully support the body. So I wasn't as restful as I'd hoped for. Other than that, everything is very good.
