Excellent place to stay when visiting Quebec City. The location was within walking distance of Old Quebec and we had access to buses very close. There was a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance as well. The loft apartment had everything we needed. It was clean. The instructions to get our keys were clear and easy. We appreciated having laundry. We did not have contact with anyone during and didn’t need any during our stay but communication beforehand was very good. It was nice to have air conditioning but we didn’t need it even though it was hot. We appreciated having written instructions for the air exchanger and internet. Would recommend staying here. One thing to note which as not an issue for us is that there are stairs both outside and to get into the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Nice to have on site parking (small extra fee). Owner was very responsive and a super nice guy.
