Room was very nice the location to sites we wanted to see was excellent. Close to several good restaurants and the historic areas of Quebec City

Room was a little small and lacked counter space in the bathroom

Not aware there was a breakfast. We made our own arrangements . Hotel location was great.

We did not know until the last day that there were kitchen and laundry facilities in the building. Would have appreciated knowing that before we arrived.

Very comfortable beds and good facilities. Thebroom was very large. There are shared kitchens with plates etc, full fridge, multi-use air fryer. The decor was as shown in the pictures. Communication from the staff was stellar. They sent messages daily confirming everything was ok, and responded fast. Check in details were great. (Nearby restaurant of note is Shiraz. Excellent Persian food.) Note for anyone driving, you can no longer turn left off Grand Alley to the side street.

We will preface this with, it is an older building so some of this is expected, but we wanted to mention it. We were in a basement room and you can hear water in the pipes. The pipes seem to flow over the room. Showers, flushes, whatever. This can be a little disruptive depending on the timing and length. The shower rainhead in our room might be a little low for anyone over 182cm/6 feet, though there is a hand shower too.

Location to down town Quebec. we like to walk and for the price, for one night, it was really great to walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable

We paid for parking but when we arrived, parking spots taken. We got credited quickly (thank-you) and they did provide options but we had reserved there direct to not have to worry about it at all, so did not like that we had to deal with that. Suggestion: put a sign where the parking is reserved for those who paid, and that they will be towed. That way the spot will be left open for those who know they paid. And small negative, the bed was nice but pillow not good, it flattens and was not comfortable. Also when we reserve a room, maybe the real pics should be posted. The rooms we saw on site seem WAY more modern, our bathroom looked very dated:( but the pics online of bathroom looked WAY better.
