I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana in Istanbul. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived, especially from the young gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly hospitable, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional—honestly, even better than Amazon’s famous customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely appreciate the front desk team for making my experience so memorable.

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana. The highlight of my visit was the spacious Centro Corner suite, which offered plenty of space to relax and a beautiful city view. The large bathtub was a wonderful addition and made the stay feel even more luxurious.
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request.
I highly recommend Centro WestSide by Rotana to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
