Great location walking distance to all sites.
Quiet except for other guests in the shared kitchen at times but not the fault of facility.
Sarah was exceptional

The property was clean and the owners were very nice and helpful. Took a day to get used to the lift which was very interesting. Breakfast was nothing elaborate but was filling and good. Can’t think of the lady’s name but she was so nice and helpful as was the owner, think his name was Pietro.

Merulana #2 was great. This location was walkable to many attractions and had lots of restaurants in the area. The host was there every morning for breakfast so you could ask questions. They were very helpful and organized our taxi to the airport. I highly recommend.
