I loved the room layout.
The only thing was the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all.
I still gave 5 starts because in the morning I let the staff know and they seemed responsive and requested if it happens again on future trips to call down and they would get me another place to sleep for the night where I wouldn't have to move all my stuff I settled in with. I only stayed one night with a late check in, and I didn't know that was an option or I would have requested that.

The room was on the 4th floor but could not find a cart to move the suitcases- had to make several trips to get them up to the room. The breakfast offerings were not particularly good; there were no lids for coffee cups either.

Room was clean and quiet. Nice selection of channels on TV. And pool was smaller, but still nice (not freezing) and clean. Overall 10/10.
