The staff at this property were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, perhaps the best we’ve ever had. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to this property next time we’re in London.

Modern, clean, and conveniently located. 7 minutes to the tube. They gave us early check in and late check out. The staffs are professional and polite. A great stay.

The staff were very helpful with suggestions, obtaining rides and in the restaurant with whatever they could do to get you what you wanted.
