Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there was quite a bit of noise coming from the cafe below overnight which was frustrating. However the apartment was well appointed.

There was some confusion from the hosts regarding the booking but I fault hotels.com for that as they cancelled the previous booking at another location and this was the replacement property. Because of the last minute change, I was not given a typical onboarding here. I was in contact with multiple different people on WhatsApp but altogether, it worked out.
The property itself is quite nice. We had the deluxe suite and it had everything we needed. Spacious, clean and in a good location located along a famous walking street. Close (5ish minute) walk to the Bolhao metro station. Multiple restaurant options located around the property. The garden (terrace) area was very nice, although we did not use it much as we were out and about.
Overall, very nice place to stay in Porto and no major complaints. Would stay again!
Note: As is the case with many accommodations in Europe, there is a narrow stairwell that you need to bring your luggage up as there is no elevator.
