Canto dei Servi

Location was excellent. From outside the location, you can see the duomo and also is in the central area of Florence. Was nice that breakfast was offered every morning at a restaurant on the same block. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room is on the third floor, but a small elevator is available, and obviously stairs. Also, it was nice at air condition was provided as my visit was in the summer.

Although I didn’t need it done, I was so pleased to have someone come to my room and make my bed. The bed was wonderful and comfy and the air conditioning heavenly! Once I figured everything out, it was great!

Location excelent. 5-10-15 minutes to all more important objectives

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. However, the bathroom was quite small—especially the shower. Despite being 5’8” and 65kg, I still felt cramped inside. The water pressure was subpar, leading to long wait times: the hot water ran out after the first shower, forcing the next person to use mildly warm water. Lastly, the bed was excessively firm, causing shoulder pain when sleeping on my side.
