Was such a cute place with room for 5 sleepers.not the nicest lot, but perfectly acceptable. Real close to downtown for shopping and eating.

Our tiny house stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and the location was perfect for an easy stroll down main street in Leadville. The communication from the staff was excellent, so check-in was a breeze. If you've never stayed in a "Tiny House", this is a great place to try it out. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very responsive to all our questions. House was as advertised - tiny but well maintained :-). We enjoyed our one night in the Oscar home. Location was one block off the main street so walking distance to everything downtown.
Place said it could sleep 5, but that would be VERY tight :-)! Two of us were quite comfortable but more could get crowded.
