Although laundry facilities were listed as an amenity, i could not find them on site. There are laundromats nearby. Otherwise, the property was absolutely charming and a great find in Altstadt.

Great location in the centre of Innsbruck. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Check-in was straightforward and reception helpful.
Slight quibbles - memory foam mattress not comfortable for me and Innsbruck Welcome card (includes free local transport) not provided in advance which was possible.

Great location in Innsbruck within walking distance of many sites. We were just one level above the street, which was uncomfortably noisy at times.
