Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine.
Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc.

The place itself was good, but it would really help if there was a reception desk. We needed to print something, and it took a day to get the staff to get us some paper and at the end, the printer did not even work.
There's a bit too much furniture there, as when the sofa is set up as a bad there's hardly any space to walk.
Other than that, it was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

Great location. Air conditioning was great. Free coffee pods. The check in needed a few more details or photos for the key pads and the info binder was outdated info. Overall great place!
