We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Karl August after our river cruise. The staff were friendly and efficient. The social area between the lobby and restaurant was very comfortable and inviting. The room also exceeded expectations especially the bathroom amenities. We’ll certainly book here again if we return to Nuremberg.

Great location and stay.

We loved the location. Right in the middle of Nuremberg old town. The included breakfast was superb.
We stayed in a superior double room. The room was fine but did not have the following amenities that would have made my rating a 5 star., no body lotion, no conditioner and no mini fridge. No wash cloth in the rooms but were available in the spa/pool area.

Great hotel, excellent location, nice size rooms, excellent breakfast. Perfect for strolling around Nuremberg
