It was a great stay, it’s in the very centre of Madrid, by foot you can reach all the endless captivating beauty of the city and very close to the metro station, buses and all the attractions.

Depending on the time of year its only heat OR air conditioning! Took 3 days to get to AC switched over since it was almost 80 degrees out. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to or above you! They dont clean your room unless you schedule it and we stayed 14 days and were allowed 2 cleanings. You have to take your own trash out to the street at night. The only things we loved here was the centralized location and the young lady named Neyeska at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and always smiling.
