We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. It was so peaceful and well maintained. We had to book it last minute because our other hotel reservation fell through and they were there to greet us and showed us through the space. There is an elevator and great air conditioning. The location is quite central, about a 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain and Colosseum.
This is not a typical hotel experience meaning there isn't a staff member always around. By my estimation there is nobody manning the desk after 6, so just be aware of that. Ask your questions and make your requests during the morning when someone is there. I bet you could message through the Expedia app if you needed something. This wasn't an issue for us though.
Overall.. I would book this place again. We enjoyed our stay!
