Very clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms, great location.

Parking is street parking and you need to walk 20 to 30 meters uphill to hotel entrance. Parking fee by machine from 9 am to 7 pm and only gives you 4 hours max at a time. Not convenient. Positve- lounge bar excellent. Food was very good. Port wine excellent.

Love the hotel facilities. Boutique hotel feel with very nice decor. Daniel gave us great service at the bar and restaurant while we were there.
The rooms need a bit of updating specially the bathrooms but they were very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony.

We stayed in a 2nd Floor modern, spacious room with view of Santuario de Nossa Senhora. Hotel has Elevator. Includes nice, hearty breakfast. Large, comfortable bed. Quiet room, not hear neighbors. Swimming pool with bar. Close street parking, inexpensive and easy to find a spot. 3 minute walk to town rectangle. Short car drive to Regua and Pinhao.
