Great rooms, great breakfast and great staff! Also great location to explore Paris.

Not having visited Paris never mind Les goblins we didn’t really know what to expect. Arrived on Eurostar was great even though it was delayed. Once we arrived at gard du nord we found it hard to find anyone who spoke English as we needed help getting metro tickets. Then when we did the staff were very slow serving us. The metro itself was quite easy for me to get around. Once at the hotel we were allowed to leave our luggage with them until our room was ready. We had a great time visiting all the big attractions. We loved the food and coffee houses of which there were plenty. Once we checked in we had to pay the city tax and a deposit in case of damage or mini bar usage. The hotel itself was clean as was our room and the breakfast was continental but there was plenty of it and the staff were friendly. We didn’t use the spa facilities as we were out most of the day.

Nothing really we were quite happy with everything.

Everything was great except the staff at the reception.

they were very unprofessional in their behaviour, behaving as we were all exchanging opinion in a bar, There was no coordination among them, they made us waste a lot of time, stalked us with repetitively asking the same information multiple times during the 3 days. What's more, they called into question what we had emailed and told them. One accused us of not being capable of coordinating ourselves and of not having provided any information to his colleague, thereby suggesting 2 of us were telling lies in a very passive agressive attitude.
