Excellent house and great host. Everything needed to have a great vacation!

There were some nice things: -The AC worked great -the kids really enjoyed the pool table -the pool was nice after it was cleaned. It was dirty when we arrived. -access to the beach, stores and other amenities was good.. Now the negatives. -the was garbage under the beds and furniture. -two drawers in the kitchen nearly fell on our feet when opened. My son- in-law helped me get them back on track. -the refrigerator had several problems. On arrival neither the water dispenser nor ice maker worked and all three door racks were broken. Management sent a repair person the next day but it failed again the day before we left. -the adults who used the king size beds downstairs said they were very uncomfortable. -two of the drains were exceedingly slow. -two light switches appeared to be bad. The lights flickered and worried one of my daughters. -There was large pile of discarded rusty, broken beach chairs and pool toys. -When we arrived the hot tub was running but only had about 4 inches of water in it. I was afraid the motor would burn out. The same person who temporarily repaired the fridge repaired the hot tub, but we did not use it. Overall we enjoyed the OBX area but not this property.
