Generous room size, good location, comfortable bed, good kitchenette, clean furniture

The street noise was unrelenting. But my room was probably the worst possible one in the entire building in this respect (facing the busy street, first floor). Maybe because I booked it at short notice? At any rate, I got used to it quickly. Also, while the furniture was very clean, the bathroom wallpaper looked a bit grimy. As for the kitchenette, everything was clean and convenient, but a toaster would have been useful. Readers, don't get me wrong! I would absolutely recommend Smart Apart and would use them again (though I'd ask for a room facing a different direction)!

The location suited my needs to be close to the hospital. The facilities lack nothing, are very clean and near transport. The operators were very accommodating.

Nothing to complain about.

Perfect clean and everything you need

All good

Big clean room, good location close to grocery stores

The staff, and the customer service, they did not Answered the phone when I called, also one of the guy working in the restaurant, was extremely rude, my wife was pregnant and very tired, I wanted to ask a simple question, and he said he was not working at that moment, he was a tall heavy metal guy wearing black clothes and black nails, he should not be working in a place like this
